Service and acceptable use
Sophus3 RCS enables rich messages, images, videos and files over supported messaging infrastructure. Users must comply with applicable law and may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or unethical activity.
Third-party infrastructure
RCS can rely on third-party technology, including Google/Jibe and mobile network operators. Their applicable service terms and policies also apply and may change over time.
Changes, suspension and availability
Sophus3 may change, suspend or discontinue the service where required for technical, legal or business reasons. Access may be suspended for breach of these terms, applicable policies or law.
Privacy and user content
Users retain ownership of content they send while allowing Sophus3 and relevant service providers to process and transmit it as required to provide the service. Sophus3’s Privacy page explains the associated data handling.
