The takeaway

A clearer measurement framework and reporting designed for the team’s decisions. No numerical revenue uplift was published.

3 connected stages

Business goals → validated tracking → useful reporting.

The challenge

Zapmap’s product team needed analytics connected to its business priorities. Sophus3 began by agreeing what success looked like, rather than starting with a dashboard.

The work

Working with the team led by Edmund Walsh, we followed three stages.

  • Define the goals, KPIs and reporting framework.
  • Review usability and data quality; repair and validate tracking with the internal product team.
  • Use Looker Studio to make performance and changes easier to examine.

The outcome

The project connected tracking and reporting with the questions stakeholders needed to answer. It also clarified what was working, what was missing and what needed attention.

Why collaboration mattered

The product team’s understanding of the app was essential to implementing and testing the measurement correctly. The reporting then gave the team a shared basis for discussion.

The published series does not quantify revenue growth or conversion uplift. Its evidence is the work delivered and the more useful measurement approach.
