Hyundai led the AI comparison despite roughly 2% digital audience share.
Our automotive AI visibility comparison was designed for an uncertain question: which brands are becoming more visible to customers using AI search?
In our UK example, Hyundai led AI visibility despite holding only around 2% of digital audience share. MG, Volvo and Skoda also performed more strongly in AI than in traditional digital audience share.
There is no single leaderboard
MINI and Porsche were weaker on the AI measure relative to their digital audiences. Volkswagen and Toyota were more balanced. These patterns show why a single traffic report cannot capture every route into consideration.
Our analysts track automotive brands across major European markets and multiple large language models. The comparison is grounded in automotive questions rather than generic brand mentions.
Watch the relationship over time
The open question is whether stronger AI visibility will deliver a lasting commercial advantage. This snapshot does not answer it. Monitor topic and market differences, compare with customer behaviour, and avoid turning visibility into a sales forecast.
